MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACOUNTABILITIES
- Apply relationship strategies and implement action plans for existing customers and marketing programs for the development of prospective customers in within managed portfolio.
- Set a rolling schedule and follow-up on the preparation of AFLs and new requests for credit applications.
- Present facility structure, support package, conditions like but not limited to (covenants, representations and warranties, shareholder recourse amounts and nature of recourse) to protect EGBank’s asset base.
- Review credit limits of the customer and authorizes granting the facility, if within her/his limit, or advocate his recommendation to respective Credit Committees.
- Monitor closely the performance of accounts within their portfolio; detects early signs of trouble in order to minimize defaults and provisions, and thus maintaining higher quality performance of managed accounts.
- Prepare the budget and create marketing plans covering credit facilities.
- Follow-up on the performance of the portfolio and ensure proper progress and recommends appropriate action to meet the target.
- Coach, direct and develop the officers in his/her area to ensure proper management and service of the portfolio allocated to the officer.
- Allocate relationship responsibility among team members in a balanced and effective way.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Education Bachelor Degree in Finance / Accounting / Economics/ Banking or equivalent.
Credit Course is necessary.
Languages Fluent English – Fluent Arabic (Written – Spoken)
Required Experience 8 – 12 years of relevant work experience within Corporate Banking, with a solid record of accomplishment across multiple industries.
