Responsibilities and Duties


  • Updating of JDs and ensuring that HR has full records of the JDs for all employees

    Engagement activities. Assisting HR / Wellness in any organized activities
  • Recruitment – scheduling interviews, putting docs in place for interviews, etc
  • L&D
  • Personal files – opening of physical file for new joiners, archive resignees' files and other digital filling, checking/follow up the outstanding document and etc.
  • Update & record of staff reimbursement benefits.
Skills and specifications
  • Disciplined and meticulous when it comes to documentation and time management.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Independent and self-motivated.
  • Good analytical skill.
  • Detail- Oriented, proactive, responsible and initiative with positive work attitude.
Education and Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resource
