Job Overview
The PIM Executive is responsible for supporting the commercial growth of Eezee through active prospecting and maintaining internal product data.
Job Interactions & Interface:
This role interacts with internal staff: Business development, Operations, and Product.
This role reports to: PIM Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Have a good understanding on product details and compliance.
- Execute initiatives to improve Eezee’s item classification system (category/attribute/SKU/SPU), support a robust product data structure to support a wide range of business use cases on item groupings and catalogue.
- Identify required information on categories to match buyers’ requirements and provide mandatory product information on listing.
- Ensure that product upload details meet Eezee’s product uploading standard.
- Identify and resolve deficiencies in Eezee’s product data and listing systems
- Liaise with buyer and seller teams to resolve issues related to product data.
- Make sure all data transferred are tracked well, accessible and updated.
- Proactively feedback to seller team to get detailed requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rp5,500,000 - Rp6,500,000 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Batam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
