Job Description
OBJECTIVE:
Managing a patient care projects to provide patients with professional trainings for enhancing disease management knowledge and be responsible for appropriate education projects/programs design, management and implementation according to patient journey, and patient data system management etc. to help patients improve the diagnosis and treatment of oncology, rare disease and hemophilia and quality of life of patient.
ACCOUNTABILITIES/KPI:
Patient Caring programs implementation and monitoring
- Manage Patient Support Program with good implementation on drug/expense/data management to help improve patients’ treatment accessiblity and affordability;
- Program management, to ensure appropriate support is in place, undertakes continuous improvement measures Manage third-party nurse team (ensure quality, delivery and management) and agency to implement education plan & patient programs, and maintain patient data system;
- Lead the patient care projects execution. Drive project related application process, recording, explanation and management;
- Assess and monitor legal, regulatory environment related to patient support program, work with legal, compliance, PV and adhere to related regulations.
Patient engagement and patient education project implementation
- Develop patients education strategy and implementation plan based on patient service strategy;
- Cooperate with medical team to develop patient educational materials to enhance disease management knowledge among patients;
- Work closely with medical and 3rd party nurse team PM to improve the training plan where appropriate;
Required Skills:
- Medical/Scientific diploma is preferred, alternatively a degree in business may be considered.
- Pharmaceutical industry (>2yrs) is required, including intimate knowledge promotional code and relevant legislation for interaction with patients.
- Experience in patient assistance, patient education, market access, and/or external affairs desirable
- Be good at customer engagement and negotiation ,providing creative solutions.
- Ability to work with highly technical products
- Strong understanding of the patient support environment.
- Proven ability to influence without authority and work with cross-functional teams in the development and delivery of brand strategic imperatives while maintaining and deepening relationships
- Ability to develop solutions with colleagues and collaborate effectively
- Broad understanding of all aspects of Pharma development and commercialization
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English is preferred.
