What can you expect?
As a Junior IT Support Engineer you will perform hardware checks, repairs, replacements (laptops & personal printers), managing assets in CMDB, manage the service point service mailbox (on rotation), follow-up tickets in the ticketing sysgtem (Service Now), support of the new starter and leaver service, etc.
You'll perform basic software & hardware troubleshooting (password resets, O365, Windows troubleshooting, Mobile Intune, VPN issues, in-house applications, VM’s,…).
Who are we looking for?
Experience: you have a first experience as IT Support Engineer.
Expertise: You have thorough knowledge of Windows operating system, basic knowledge of server and network components, knowledge of O365, ticketing tools, Active Directory, etc.
Strenghts: You have a team spirit & good communication skills, eager to learn and a pro-active approach.
Be flexible to support other colleagues in case of sickness/leave
Languages: You speak fluently Dutch, French and English.
