DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage in-person and telephone guests’ inquiries, customer service requests, and reservation bookings.
- Ensure that guests are greeted in a friendly manner
- Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them.
- Engaging with guests to ensure they're happy with food and service.
- Helping out with other position in the restaurant as needed
- Providing great customer service

Salary: From QAR3,000.00 per month
