Delivery Director: Oversee and guide the planning, initiation, and management of information technology (IT) projects.
Full P&L responsibility including:
- Revenue generation, margin, and cost controls.
- Work with COO to develop KPIs for the region and conduct monthly Operations reviews for Stakeholders and Company Executive team.
- Work with and manage a team of Delivery Managers to develop and implement strategies designed to drive revenue.
- Develop and integrate recruiting and training programs designed to attract the highest caliber of talent while satisfying the needs of existing customers.
- Collaborate with the COO and CFO on one-, three- and five-year plans for division growth and evolution.
- Provide business insights and data to assist the CFO with financial projections and analyses of existing programs and policies.
- Drive budgeting and resource allocation efforts alongside C-Suite and senior management team.
- Create and manage the Delivery Studio which is responsible for benchmarking the best Delivery practices in TEAM and creating guidelines for the rest of the delivery organization.
- Coordinate the sales team, recruitment team, HR team, and accounting team to manage IT projects.
- Oversee the building of trustworthy and long-lasting work relationships with clients to ensure business growth.
- Oversee and guide the definition of client’s objectives and the alignment of the delivery team efforts to reach them.
- Perform final review and issue final approval of the management of clients’ portfolios and the resources needed to provide services to these clients.
- Coordinate the forecasted Gross Margins on the account, the reporting of discrepancies, the adjustment of the cost of goods sold, and the pricing.
- Lead the anticipation of possible risks of IT projects and proactively manage them.
- Responsible for ensuring high standards of delivery excellence and overseeing the monitoring and improvement of IT project’s practices.
- Serve as the final escalation point of contact for delivery teams to ensure work satisfaction, recognition of the efforts, and prompt issues resolution of IT projects.
- Perform final review and issue final approval of feedback on the performance of team members, oversee the determination of training needs and professional growth aspirations.
- Coordinate in providing regular updates to the clients’ and TEAM’s stakeholders on IT projects.
- Coordinate with executives and Sales team to oversee expanding the existing accounts and developing new service offerings.
- Collaborate with various departments to achieve smooth execution of internal operations.
- Perform final review and issue final approval of innovative IT solutions to business challenges.
- Guide the initiation, planning and execution of improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate the budgeting process and strategy planning for the Operations department in IT projects.
- Oversee and guide the due diligence process for M&A deals: lead the preparation of documents, the setting up of a virtual data room, the conducting of interviews of stakeholders on operational matters, and the creation of a strategy for system and people integration.
- Travel required to customer sites, to TEAM’s development centers in Europe and Latin America, to TEAM Annual Summits, and to new geographical regions to identify the viability of the local IT market. Travel frequency: every other month; length: 1-2 weeks at a time.
Requires:
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related and 3 years experience.
- 3 years must include experience with program and/or project management, modern software development methodologies, working with modern technologies and solutions, and experience with managing organizations of at least 50 people.
- 2 years must include experience with managing managers, creating budgets, project estimations, and their execution, with KPI development, monitoring and control, and Profit and Loss Statement development and control.
- Must be a Certified Scrum Product Owner and a Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer.
