We are seeking a Customer Experience Representative to join our amazing Customer Experience team based in the Christchurch CBD
Ko te tūranga mahi | About the role
If you are empathetic, can build relationships with a wide range of people and have great administrative skills, then you could be the perfect fit for our Customer Experience team.
We are looking for someone who can connect with and understand our customers to provide exceptional service. You will be responsible for providing accurate information to our customers on their estate planning and management needs. Additionally you will be a self-starter, have great communication skills and good attention to detail
This is a full-time, office-based role, working 8 hours per day Monday - Friday, rostered between 8am - 5.30pm.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, customer focused, collaborative, and be a great communicator. Ideally, you will possess the following attributes:
- Previous experience in a contact centre or similar customer-centric role
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer care
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the confidence to work in emotionally sensitive settings
- Strong technical skills, with the ability to pick up new systems with ease.
