National Company based in PE is looking for an experience Branch Administrator.ric

Matric / Grade 12 - essential

Computer Literate

Full Administration Experience

Debtors experience / CGIC

Answering telephone

Processing of customer orders - sales order

Invoicing of pick slips

Attend to all emails - queries/quotations / proforma

Processing of credit notes

Uploading of Invoices to EDI portal

Filing - Invoices, C/Notes, Conversions, Stock Adjustments

Stock Conversions

Ensure correct stock levels

Placing of orders for stock - Buy outs / factories

Follow up with factories - deliveries / back orders

Back Order report - factories

Posting of Debtors from bank statement

Capturing of debtors journals for granting rebate & discount and allocation thereof

Debtors Statement

Weekly Schedules Customer Schedules

Processing of remittance receive for debtors payments

Follow up on late / non- payments from debtors

Handling & sorting of invoice / account queries from debtors

Processing of credit apps for potential new customers

Updating & maintaining of CGIC portal

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: R14,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • High School (matric) (Required)

Experience:

  • Branch Administration: 4 years (Required)
  • Debtors: 4 years (Required)
  • CGIC: 4 years (Preferred)
  • EDI Client Portals: 4 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • English / Afrikaans (Required)
