SME Relationship Manager [Nigeria]


 

The SME Relationship Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strategic customer relationships to scale up our loan origination for SMEs.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed sales expectation specifically for the SME loan variants at Renmoney

  • Drive the initiatives to grow SME portfolio as well as customer acquisition and profitability
  • Support the business to formulate and implement a SME proposition and product development strategy,

establishing a core suite of propositions and products for identified segments

  • Evaluate features, profitability, and positioning of products and ensure each maximizes customer take-up and commercial reward for the bank

Requirements

  • Required: 3 years sales and business development experience in banking or fintech companies
  • Preferred: experience delivering on targets, reporting and presentation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦250,000.00 - ₦400,000.00 per month
