Responsible for managing or performing work on sales activities directly to the customer including:
  • Ensuring high-quality customer execution and issue resolution in order to improve current situation
  • Salesforce engagement activities, including identifying core opportunities and preparing proposals for EPIC EXECUTION
  • Assessing market needs and suggesting appropriate execution guidelines
  • Developing medium to long-term execution plans
  • Business development activities, including the development of alliance/channel/network partnerships
  • Conducting market research and identifying and predicting current and future customer/channel trends

ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACT

  • Responsible for functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management, can manage projects or processes
  • As an individual contributor acts as an experienced professional working independently with guidance in only the most complex situations

INNOVATION & COMPLEXITY

  • Responsible for making improvements or recommended enhancements of processes, systems or products to enhance performance of the job area
  • Problems are typically solved through drawing from prior experience and analysis and interpretation of issues internal or external issues to come up with recommendations / best practices

COMMUNICATION & INFLUENCE

  • Explains facts,, practices and procedures of the execution area.
  • Communicates with bottling system on matters that require consolidating, explaining and interpreting information in order to reach agreement and improve execution
  • Works to justify and gain cooperation of other parties on practices, policies and procedures

KNOWLEDGE

  • Typically requires a University Degree (Bachelor) or equivalent experience
  • Typically requires at least 2-3 years of prior relevant experience
  • Has specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own discipline or function
