Business Development Manager Berryceuticals
Berryceuticals’ mission is to import worldwide and to market B2B in Europe high-quality fruit- and plant-based ingredients (powders) for the nutraceutical and cosmetic industry.
Berryceuticals is best known for its dried cranberry powders from Canada. With our farm-to-fork transparent supply chain approach we meet and surpass environmental and sustainable standards.

Your activities:
- Responsible for the complete process to achieve the sales targets of product items in the European market
- Introducing individual product concepts to the customer by understanding customer needs and translating them into a perfect solution. Shaping and taking responsibility for leading the process from first contact to implementation
- Organize information and manage the sales process in our ERP system: SAP-B1
- Coordinating role in the in the relation between the customer, product development, category management and market research in innovation projects
- With your analytical and communication skills you closely follow developments in the market, and you build and maintain a strong network
- Moving the innovation pipeline with the supplier, who is responsible for deepening the product groups, through short lines and contact with the purchasing
- Being actively involved in representing Berryceuticals the best way possible at international trade fairs
- By being pro-active, you convert your innovative vision into sales
Why you?
- Completed HBO/University education and relevant experience in international business
- Accurate, detail-oriented, process-driven, and analytical skills
- Excellent computer skills, knowledge and mastery of Microsoft Office, CRM / stock management package
- Clear in your communication, both by telephone and in e-mails
- Affinity with our products to be able to participate with R&D at a high level
- Excellent in the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written

From the start, our expertise lies in cranberry and wild blueberry products as Fruit d’Or is world’s largest grower and producer of organic cranberries and owner of wild blueberry specialist Bleuet Mistassini in Canada.
