The role for After-school involves;
- Caring for school-age children in a school setting.
- Engaging with parents and guardians.
- Working alongside other childcare educators within the service, as part of a team.
- The role will require candidates to help children with their homework.
- Plan engaging and age-appropriate activities for the children in their care.

The ideal candidate should;
- Have a minimum QQI/Fetac Level 5 in childcare or equivalent.
- Have a genuine love for working with children.
- Be caring, energetic, and enthusiastic.
- Be reliable
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 17-30 per week
Salary: From €13.00ph-€20.00-depending on qualifications and experience.
Schedule: Split shift (mornings and afternoons)
- Monday to Friday
- 7:00/7:30/8:00am-9am-morning session (breakfast club)
- 1:30-4:30/5/5:30/6pm -afternoon session-finishing times may vary from 4:30-6pm
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Tuam, Co. Galway: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
