Job Summary:
Global Performance Commerce is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accounts Receivable Specialist specializing in software and SaaS receivables. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of credit card processing, be proficient in using Tableau or similar reporting tools, and possess the ability to work independently in tracking receivables, sending invoices, and auditing credit card payments. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient and accurate management of the company's revenue streams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the accounts receivable process for software and SaaS products, including credit card processing, invoicing, and payment tracking
- Calculating sales commissions on software sales
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing of customers for software and SaaS purchases
- Auditing daily software input costs
- Reviewing software contracts and prices to ensure the margin
- Monitor and analyze customer accounts to identify any discrepancies or issues, and resolve them promptly
- Conduct regular audits of credit card transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Utilize Tableau or similar reporting tools to create and maintain financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and systems related to accounts receivable
- Maintain a thorough understanding of relevant industry trends and best practices in credit card processing and accounts receivable management
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Perform ad hoc financial analyses and projects as needed
Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Proven experience in accounts receivable, preferably in the software or SaaS industry
- Strong understanding of credit card processing, including security and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in Tableau or similar reporting tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent English in written and spoken
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
