We are seeking a Real Estate Assistant to join our fast growing team!
This position is perfect for someone who currently holds a valid real estate licence and prefers the administrative side of the business. The person who wants to 'sell real estate' without 'selling real estate'! The person who loves the real estate business but can't/doesn't want to work nights and weekends!
The ideal candidate has real estate experience and has a good working knowledge of the following:
- TRREB
- ITSO
- Skyslope
- Webforms
- Authentisign
- basic CRM familiarity
- Monday.com
- Google drive
- Google calendar
- quickbooks
Qualifications:
- Ability to prepare/read: Agreement of Purchase and Sale, Nof's, Waivers, amemdments, Fintrac Documents, Listing Agreement, Data Sheets, Preparing offers
- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Self directed
- Set Priorities
- work in a fast paced environment
- excellent customer service skills with strong communication skills
- goal oriented
- basic budgeting
- excellent organization skills and attention to detail
This position will involve: preparing offers, completing listing documents in Webforms and brokerloading listings, managing trade documents, uploading to skyslope and GDrive, preparing waivers, amendments and NOF's, distributing completed files to necessary stakeholders, ensuring files are complete and uploaded to all necessary platforms. Speaking with clients. Dropping off/picking up lockboxes, feature sheets etc. Arranging trades with clients. Onboarding new agents to the team.
