Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms- Adhere to brand guidelines set by Creative Director
- Collaborate with other designers and creatives to produce high-quality work
- Work with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns
- Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices
- Meet strict deadline requirements
Requirements:
What are the requirements
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field
- 2+ years’ experience creating posts, visuals, and videos for social media (B2B company or high tech)
- Understand design principles, compositions & layouts in digital mediums, including Social Media, Google Ads, Websites, etc.
- Strong understanding of design principles & working knowledge of tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.
- Creative and innovative thinker
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with motion graphics
- Familiarity with HubSpot, or similar marketing automation tools
