Office Administrator Assistant [United Kingdom]


 

You will be working in the sales department with responsibility for receiving customer product enquiries by phone, fax, email and in person.

You will generate quotations using industry specific software, for which you will receive training. You will also liaise with suppliers to create the customers orders and arrange delivery.

Other duties include filing and answering telephone calls.

Desired skills:
Computer literacy, good communication skills, attention to detail, strong organisational skills & an enthusiastic work ethic and ideally have experience in the window industry.

Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:00 – 17:00, Friday 08:00 – 16:00
