The main goal of the role is to be a strategic partner to our clients to give reliable and consumer oriented recommendation resulted in total category growth.
Main responsibilities:
- Building long term relationship with key customers behind: strong business recommendation proven by sales results.
- Influencing Key Customer on their assortment, promotional and strategy decisions, based on analytical facts
- Leadership of category management
- Deep analysis of brand performance and being expert of the market drivers and trends
- Identify business opportunities and preparing sales recommendation based on channel and customer specific including company's priorities
- Preparing and presenting analytical driven recommendations for workshop, portfolio review process with customers and preparing planograms
- Close cooperation with all other key MDLZ business functions (Finance, Marketing, Category Development, Shopper insights)
Requirements:
- University degree and minimum 3-year experience in FMCG or consulting company, (Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Analytical departments)
- Experience in Category Management is highly preferred
- Persuasiveness, communication, negotiation skills, result orientation
- Strong analytical and presentation skills and ability to sell ideas
- Very good communication of English and Polish (both written and spoken)
- Advanced Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
- Familiarity with market data and tools: Nielsen, (Spacemen, Focus would be an advantage)
The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland .
