Job Brief:

We are looking for a qualified Customer Support Officer who will act as a liaison, provide services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements:

· Managing customer service inquiries at all social Channels (fb, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, emails, twitter & WhatsApp)

· Proven customer support experience

· Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

· Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Customer Services: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)
