An overview of the role:
The main purpose of this role is to ensure the seamless operational running of our hiring process between employers and MDWs, with customer care being central to all you do. Working as a team, you’ll experience the fast-paced life within a start-up and have a real impact on others.
No experience is necessary, as full training and mentoring will be provided alongside sponsorship of the Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI), but we are looking for individuals who are passionate about people and service, with exceptionally strong communication skills.
Main responsibilities:
- Ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process of MDWs, including: * Guiding clients through the hiring journey and advising them on their legal rights and obligations in compliance with the Employment Act and MOM Regulations
- Supporting MDWs in the attraction and recruitment process, through email, telephone and face-to-face meetings
- Drafting documentation (including contracts, insurance and other necessary paperwork)
- Updating our internal databases
- Provide front line interaction with clients, MDWs and other key stakeholders – greeting in-person guests and leading telephone and email communication
- Liaison with third-party organisations, including the Ministry of Manpower and Country Embassies
- Leading communications and being the main point of contact to support families and MDWs through the period of employment to ensure the well-being of all parties in a professional manner
- Leading on mediation cases where required, acting with integrity and professionalism
- Work with our team to drive several key initiatives (depending on your passion and career ambitions), supporting our start up business to scale
- Ad hoc projects as required
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written

- A strong affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution, problem-solving and the ability to respond to stakeholders quickly
- Love working and contributing in a fast-paced environment
- 5 days per week (across Monday to Sunday with 2 rest days), 9am-6pm
- Please note that weekend work is required, where you will be required to work one weekend day each weekend
- Salary: $2,500-$3,000 per month (dependent on experience)
