Job Duties:
- Responsible for full cycle of recruitment activities
- Involved in Temp / Contract / Perm hirings across various sectors
- Posting of job advertisements at numerous platforms
- Business Development & Account Management
- Conduct interviews with candidates via virtual/face-to-face
- Follow up with stakeholders for feedbacks & outcomes
- Training opportunities to mentor future recruiters
- Ad hoc duties as per assigned by management
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in any field
- Highly sales driven and team player
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong passion for recruitment
- Ability to work independently and as a team
